Anti-G7 protest held in Naples, Italy

Hundreds of people rallied in downtown Naples on Saturday protesting the G7 meeting of Interior Ministers, which had been held on the Italian island of Ischia on October 19-20.

Demonstrators marched holding signs and banners criticizing the G7 summit and Italian Interior Minister Marco Minniti in particular.

The ministers met to discuss, among other things, a possible influx of foreign fighters to Europe following the impending defeat of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS, ISIL) in parts of the Middle East. More video.
