Climate talks enter final hours with no deal

Ministers have fallen short of the goal of reaching a comprehensive agreement on climate change.

Despite applause from delegates, last-minute negotiations provided only small progress in several areas, but countries remain deadlocked over the best ways to hit global emissions targets.

Developed countries want to see emissions cuts across the board, but developing countries say they are unable to bear the economic burden.

Iranian Vice President Mohammad Javad Mohammadi Zadeh says these developed countries seem unwilling to compromise. Read more + video.
