Police use teargas on Occupy Oakland protesters

About 300 arrested in Oakland as police use teargas after protesters pelted them with bottles, rocks and burning flares

Police have used teargas and "flash" grenades to break up hundreds of Occupy protesters after some demonstrators started throwing rocks and flares at officers and tearing down fencing. Read more.
