U.S. Protesters Occupy Vacant Houses due to Mortgage Crisis

Washington, Jan 28 (Prensa Latina) The Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement plans on Saturday to occupy vacant houses in Oakland, California, to celebrate the Moving Day, on the occasion of the mortgage crisis hitting the United States.

Like millions of people in this country, we do not have a home either, so this January 28 will be the Moving Day. We will try to change that and take a vacant building to turn it into a social center, Occupy Oakland posted on its website. Read more.
