Lugo: There are currently two government in Paraguay



The ousted President of Paraguay, Fernando Lugo, has stated that there are currently two government in his country: an illegitimate one and another which is constitutional, elected by the people and legitimate.

In an exclusive interview with teleSUR, Lugo has stated the impeachment trial that he faced Friday was, in fact, a state coup.
