Britain's nuclear future at risk, experts warn

Writing in today’s Telegraph, 18 leading nuclear scientists suggest that plans to build five new plants by 2030 could be under threat due to a lack of progress on the first of the projects.

Building a "fleet" of new power stations could lower household bills, provide a much-needed source of low-carbon energy and position Britain as a world leader in the global nuclear market, they claim. Read more.
