Berlin Speech Varoufakis: The Lenders' numbers make no sense

In a lengthy and at times impassioned speech, the Greek Finance Minister denounced the lenders proposals as a rehashing of old, bad policies doomed to fail.

With the Greek government’s negotiations with its creditors over the future of the country’s financing reaching their (arguably) most crucial phase, the Greek Finance Minister was invited to give a speech on June 8th at the Hans-Böckler Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to researching labour and union issues.
