Terrorists infighting in Libya kills nearly a dozen

Al-Qaeda militants in the city of Darnah attacked ISIL terrorists after one of their leaders was killed by masked gunmen. Al-Qaeda has blamed the attack on ISIL and vowed to wage a war against it until none of its members are left.

ISIL began as an al-Qaeda affiliate, but it separated from the global network in 20-14. Meanwhile representatives of Libyan factions are meeting with international officials in Berlin.

Libya is split between a government backed by militia that seized the capital Tripoli last August and an elected parliament, which is forced to convene in the country's Far East.
