Jewish Pirates of the Caribbean

LimmudAZ, January 2014

Come sail the warm waters of the Caribbean with Cary Silverstein, Professor Emeritus DeVry University.

No luggage or passport needed, just bring your parrot, your eye patch and your imagination. We will sail on the Queen Esther with famous sixteenth century Spanish Jewish pirates along the coast of Northern Africa and among the islands of the Caribbean.

We will cruise the routes they followed as they battled the Spanish fleet and settled along the coasts of Brazil, Mexico, Jamaica and North America. You are invited to join our band of pirates as we anchor in Jamaica Bay and share in the looted treasure.
