Lavrov: Kiev seems to be readying offensive in east despite ceasefire

The Foreign Ministers of Iran and Russia have met in Moscow - with July's nuclear deal and the Syrian crisis dominating talks.

Sergey Lavrov also took time to voice Russia's increasing concerns over the crisis in east Ukraine, saying it looks like Kiev is preparing a new offensive.
