Greece, Europe hid Athens’ debt to keep it in Eurozone: corruption expert

The world is losing the battle against corruption despite a great amount of resources being directed at the problem. And while some countries have tried to tackle it by legalizing it in some form or other, none are immune to its effects. Can we ever rid ourselves of this damaging social problem and how should governments go about achieving that?
