'Amateurish': Russia slams UN-OPCW report on Syria chemical attack

Russia has hit out at a report by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which blames the Syrian government for a chemical attack, in April. Moscow has slammed the document as amateurish, and based on assumptions.

The report was produced jointly by the chemical weapons watchdog, and the UN. Read more.
