India, US hold 2+2 dialogue in New Delhi



India and the United States have inked a pact on military communications which will pave the way for supplies of highly sensitive military equipment to New Delhi.

The accord was signed after the U.S. Secretary of State and Defense Secretary met their Indian counterparts in the Indian capital. The two side also discussed U.S. waivers to India from sanctions on Iran. Our correspondent Sanjay Sethi has more.
